How to Use
Insert strip into meter with contact bars facing inward
Confirm code number matches vial
Wait for flashing blood drop symbol
Apply rounded drop of blood to top edge of strip
Meter counts down and displays result in approximately 10 seconds
Remove or eject used strip safely
Storage and Handling
Store in original vial at 50°–86°F (10°–30°C)
Keep away from heat and sunlight
Do not refrigerate or freeze
Use strip immediately after removing from vial
Close cap immediately after opening
Discard 90 days after first opening
Do not use expired strips
Results and Normal Ranges
Expected blood glucose levels for non-diabetics:
Before meals: 70–105 mg/dL
1 hour after meal: Less than 160 mg/dL
2 hours after meal: Less than 120 mg/dL
Between 2–4 PM: Greater than 70 mg/dL
Warnings and Limitations
Single use only
Do not bend, cut, or damage strips
Not for newborn testing
Do not use plasma or serum
High or low hematocrit may affect readings
Do not test critically ill, severely dehydrated, or shock patients
Repeat unusual results and consult healthcare professional
